Starting his career as an accountant, Trevor saw a need to make sure his friends and family’s financial future was secure. This led him to founding Bartel Victor Financial Services over 30 years ago.
As someone with a passion for building relationships, he has treated his clients like family on the foundation that ‘Trust Matters’. Specialising in financial planning and accounting, Trevor’s knowledge as a Certified Financial Planner allows him to provide unique personal advice.
Trevor is always willing to offer help when needed, creating an environment for his BVFS team to grow and develop. Keeping active is something that Trevor enjoys, with tennis and squash being part of his weekly activities. Trevor is a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife and three
children.

Wade has over 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Having started his career at Liberty Life, he joined Bartel Victor Financial Services in 2017.
After obtaining his Honours in Financial Markets in 2012, Wade went on to obtain his Certified Financial Planner qualification. He has a passion for helping and building long lasting relationships with his clients. His detailed oriented advice ensures that your financial future is in good hands.
Keeping active, fishing and being outdoors are just some of the hobbies he enjoys. Wade is married to Roxy and together they are kept busy by their energetic son.

Nathan started and operates under Rethink Business Solutions which offers Accounting, Tax and Consulting Solutions.
Nathan brings corporate experience having worked at PWC, both locally and in Europe, since 2015.
Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Nathan combines his corporate experience with the technical knowledge of his qualification to develop detailed financial and business solutions for his clients. His passion for consulting services and building client relationships ensures that his advice provides a long-lasting impact.
Nathan is a family man and enjoys experiencing life with his wife Kelsey, and their young daughter. He also enjoys keeping active by running and playing tennis.

Nicole has extensive experience in financial services having worked in the banking sector since 2019. She brings her knowledge and dedicated work ethic to Bartel Victor Financial Services.
Nicole enjoys working with clients, combining her technical financial planning knowledge with their needs to achieve their financial goals. Nicole plans to qualify as a financial planner in 2023 which will enable her to broaden her knowledge base.
Nicole spends her time outside of work with her fiancé and enjoys reading and painting with a good
cup of coffee.

Karen brings 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry to the team. As the first employee of Bartel Victor Financial Services, she offers a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team.
Karen has built up her expertise in almost all services offered by BVFS. She is the go-to person around the office and takes great care of the team.
Karen is a detailed-orientated person that goes out of her way for both clients, the team and her two little dogs.

Cindy’s bubbly personality and enthusiasm for building relationships ensures clients feel part of the Bartel Victor Financial Services family.
Her attention to detail and tireless work ethic means work is performed on time and clients feel connected and well-informed.
Cindy is passionate about exercise and keeping fit. She takes active steps to ensure we all stay healthy by co-instructing the office fitness class on a weekly basis.

Amanda brings years of financial planning administration experience to Bartel Victor Financial Services.
Her dedication to task completion and ability to connect with clients ensures a high quality of services offered.
Amanda enjoys travelling with her husband with camping being a favourite weekend activity.

Lisa has developed her financial services knowledge with a specialisation in medical aid queries.
She delivers top performance to both the internal team and to the clients of Bartel Victor Financial Services. Lisa enjoys working with clients to ensure the best possible outcome to their queries.
Lisa keeps the office active through her weekly fitness classes. She is a great motivator and always up for a competition.

Kayleigh started her financial services career with Bartel Victor Financial Services.
Her ability to perform from day one has made her a valuable asset to the team. Kayleigh enjoys interacting with clients and ensuring they feel that at Bartel Victor Financial Services, trust really does matter.
Outside of work Kayleigh enjoys spending time with her husband and their young son.
